Defence Construction Canada (DCC) is calling for Proposals from Service Providers to provide computing devices and peripherals as well as device Lifecycle Management (LCM) Services to DCC’s various locations across Canada.
The purpose of this program is to provide device lifecycle management that may include but are not limited to providing client computing hardware, planning, deployment, warranty and support, asset management, returns and redeployment, and decommissioning services.
Information provided by the Proponents will be evaluated using the established criteria in the RFP. The objective of this RFP is to select the Proponent with the highest total score.
The objective of this solicitation is to select one (1) firm, who will be awarded a Contract for an initial period of four (4) years from the date of award. If mutually agreeable between the Service Provider and DCC, the Contract may be extended for up to one (1) additional four (4)-year period.
Firms that consider themselves qualified to provide these services are invited to submit their Proposals through the MERX Electronic Bidding System on or before the closing date and time indicated on the Electronic Bidding System.
This solicitation is being conducted in accordance with the requirements set out in the Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA), Chapter Nineteen of the Canada-European Union Comprehensive Economic and Trade Agreement (CETA) and the World Trade Organization Agreement on Government Procurement (WTO-GPA).
The selected Service Provider will be required to hold a valid Designated Organization Screening (DOS), issued by the Contract Security Program (CSP) within Public Services and Procurement Canada (PSPC). Details concerning the Security Requirements for this project are identified in the RFP documents.
