Defence Construction Canada (DCC) is calling for abbreviated proposals from consulting firms to establish Standing Offer Agreement (SOA) to provide “as and when required” professional services specific to Department of National Defence (DND) requirements for the location(s) mentioned above.
Information provided by the Proponents will be evaluated using the established criteria in the RFAP.
The Security Requirements for this project are identified in the RFAP Documents.
The objective of this RFSOA is to select one (1) firm, who will sign a Standing Offer Agreement (SOA) with DCC to provide services on an “as and when required” basis to a maximum estimated value of $120,000, for a period of one (1) year from the date of establishment. If mutually agreeable between the Consultant and DCC, the SOA may be extended for up to two (2) additional one-year periods and increased by $120,000 for each additional period or when the maximum estimated value is reached, whichever comes first. Call-ups under the SOA are expected to be valued between $3,000 and $15,000; the maximum value of a call-up is $25,000.
The total potential value of this SOA is $360,000 for a total potential term of three (3) years.

Firms that consider themselves qualified to provide these services are invited to submit their Abbreviated Proposals through the MERX Electronic Bidding System on or before the closing date and time indicated on the Electronic Bidding System.
