DEFENCE CONSTRUCTION CANADA (DCC) – Project KN179913 - R16 & R55 HERITAGE MASONRY & BUILDING ENVELOPE REPAIRS, CFB Kingston, Ontario
The work includes, but is not necessarily limited to, the supply of labour, material, supervision and equipment necessary for heritage masonry repairs, window repairs/replacements and heritage door refinishing to building R16 at CFB Kingston, Ontario, the work also includes repairs to the envelope of building R55, specifically installing new copper and SBS type roofing systems, heritage window repair and new exterior staircase and aluminium storm windows.

The Work must reach Substantial Completion no later than 819 calendar days after notification of contract award and must be completed no later than 84 calendar days after the date of Substantial Completion.
This procurement is being conducted in accordance with the requirements set out in
Chapter Five of the Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA), Chapter Nineteen of the Canada-European Union Comprehensive Economic and Trade Agreement (CETA) and the World Trade Organization Agreement on Government Procurement (GPA).
The selected contractor will be required to hold a valid DOS, issued by the Canadian Industrial Security Directorate (CISD) within Public Services and Procurement Canada (PSPC). Details concerning the Security Requirements for this project are identified in the Tender Documents.
