Defence Construction Canada – Request for Abbreviated Proposals (RFAP) for Planning, Design and Construction Services: WR537927, Planning, Design and Construction of the Wainwright Community Skatepark, 3 CDSB Detachment Wainwright, Alberta.
Defence Construction Canada (DCC) is inviting experienced skatepark planning, design and construction firms to submit Proposals for the planning, design and construction of a community skatepark. The firm will be required to provide the necessary services for the complete planning, design and construction of all aspects of the project. The required services include but may not be limited to the following: planning, development of design documents, and construction of the Skatepark structures and features including the installation of lighting and ancillary systems, installation of seating, tree planting, and landscaping of the project area.
Information provided by the Proponents will be evaluated using the established criteria in the Request for Abbreviated Proposals. The objective of this Request for Abbreviated Proposals is to select the proponent with the highest total score.
A site visit has been arranged for the following date, time and location. It is highly recommended that bidders attend this visit.

The maximum budget for this project is $500,000.00.
