Defence Construction Canada – Request for Abbreviated Proposals (RFP) for Temporary Steam Production Installations and Maintenance Services: ML220009, Temporary Steam Production Installations and Maintenance, Montreal Garrison, Quebec
In accordance with the rules, regulations, statutes, guidelines and the professional associations of the provinces where the project will be carried out, Defence Construction Canada (DCC) is calling for Proposals from Contractors to provide leased boilers as well as maintenance services specific to the Department of National Defence (DND) at the Montreal Garrison, Québec.
Information provided by the Proponents will be evaluated using the established criteria in the RFP. The objective of this solicitation is to select one (1) firm, who will be awarded a lease contract for a period of three (3) years and forty-five (45) days from the date of award, with an option to purchase the equipment at the end of the Lease Period.
A site visit has been arranged for the following date, time and location. Pre-registration is required, refer to Amendment No. 1 for important details regarding the site visit.
