DEFENCE CONSTRUCTION CANADA (DCC) – HAXGB04 – RHU Annual Maintenance Inspections, 5 Wing Goose Bay, NL
The work includes, but is not necessarily limited to, the supply of labour, material, supervision and equipment necessary to complete annual inspection maintenance to Residential Housing Units (RHUs) for electric furnaces, smoke detectors, and HRVs.
The Service Period will include two (2) annual inspection periods, starting from the date of contract award and ending on January 31, 2024. There is an operational requirement to complete the first inspection period inspections by November 30, 2022.
Tenderers are advised that this opportunity has been set-aside under the Federal Government Set-Aside for Aboriginal Business, in accordance with the Procurement Strategy for Aboriginal Business (PSIB). The Tenderer must certify in its tender (using Form A – Certification Requirements for the Set-Aside Program for Aboriginal Business) that it is an Aboriginal Business or eligible joint venture, as defined in this competition and in the Treasury Board of Canada Secretariat Contracting Policy Notices on Aboriginal Business Procurement.
