Defence Construction Canada – Invitation to Tender (ITT) for Materials Testing Consultant Services: BN208300, Materials Testing and Inspection Services, Standing Offer Agreement, CFB Borden and 4 CDTC Meaford
Defence Construction Canada (DCC) is calling for abbreviated proposals from consulting firms to establish a Standing Offer Agreement (SOA) to provide “as and when required” professional services specific to Department of National Defence (DND) requirements for the location(s) mentioned above.
Information provided by the Proponents will be evaluated using the established criteria in the ITT.
The Security Requirements for this project are identified in the ITT Documents.
The SOA will be for a period of two (2) years with a maximum estimated value of $120,000.00. The maximum value of a Call-up is $100,000.00.
If mutually agreeable between the Consultant and DCC, the SOA may be extended for up to one (1) additional one (1) year period and increased in the order of $60,000 for the additional period, or when the maximum estimated value of the SOA is reached, whichever comes first
The total potential value of the SOA is $180,000.00 with a total potential term of three (3) years.

Firms that consider themselves qualified to provide these services are invited to submit their Abbreviated Proposals through the MERX Electronic Bidding System on or before the closing date and time indicated on the Electronic Bidding System.
