DEFENCE CONSTRUCTION CANADA (DCC) - GB15004 – Demolition of Building 362, 5 Wing Goose Bay, NL
The work includes, but is not necessarily limited to, the supply of labour, material, supervision and equipment necessary to demolish Building 362 and surrounding site developments, and backfill the excavations.
Tenderers are advised that this procurement has been set-aside under the Federal Government Set-Aside for Aboriginal Business, in accordance with the Procurement Strategy for Aboriginal Business (PSAB). The Tenderer must certify in its tender that it is an Aboriginal Business or eligible joint venture, as defined in this competition and in the Treasury Board of Canada Secretariat (TBS) Contracting Policy Notices on Aboriginal Business Procurement.

The estimated cost for this opportunity is in the order of $325,000.00
Bidders are advised that bid and contract security is required when the advertised budget (estimated cost for this opportunity) is greater than $100,000. Refer to the Instructions to Tenderers (Form DCL193), paragraph 5.
The Work must reach Substantial Completion no later than 161 calendar days after notification of contract award and must be completed no later than 14 calendar days after the date of Substantial Completion.
Further to Article 800 of the Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA), CFTA does not apply to this procurement.
