Defence Construction Canada – Request for Abbreviated Proposals (RFAP) for Architectural and Engineering Consultant Services for Miscellaneous Roofing Projects at Defence Research and Development Canada, Valcartier Research Centre, QC
In accordance with the rules, regulations, statutes, guidelines and the professional associations of the provinces where the project will be carried out, Defence Construction Canada (DCC) is calling for Abbreviated Proposals from consulting firms to provide the following professional services: preparation of preliminary studies, concept studies, plans and specifications, and assistance during the tender and construction phases for the repair of various roofs, flat and green roofs, and the envelope of some buildings at Defence Research and Development Canada, Valcartier Research Centre, QC.
Information provided by the Proponents will be evaluated using the established criteria in the RFAP. The objective of this RFAP is to select the consultant firm with the highest total score.
The Security Requirements for this project are identified in the RFAP Documents.
The estimated construction cost of this project is in the order of magnitude of $1,300,000.00.
Firms that consider themselves qualified to provide these services are invited to submit their Abbreviated Proposals through the MERX Electronic Bidding System on or before the closing date and time indicated on the Electronic Bidding System.

Proponents shall contact the DCC contact identified in this announcement by e-mail no later than September 12, 2022, at 12:00PM (EDT) to register for the non-mandatory site visit. The email should include the names and contact information of all individuals participating in the site visit. Please note that only company owned, and leased vehicles are permitted to drive on DRDC property.
