Defence Construction Canada – Request for Abbreviated Proposals for Environmental Consultant Services: BN202919, Groundwater Remediation, Firefighting Training Area (FFTA) #1, CFB Borden, ON
In accordance with the rules, regulations, statutes, guidelines and the professional associations of the provinces where the project will be carried out, Defence Construction Canada (DCC) is calling for Abbreviated Proposals from environmental consulting firms to provide the following professional services:
Environmental consulting services for development of a workplan in support of the design of a groundwater remediation system. Additional services including implementation of the work plan and design of the treatment system may be added to the Contract by change order.
Information provided by the Proponents will be evaluated using the established criteria in the Request for Abbreviated Proposals. The criteria relate to previous achievements and experience, as well as technical and managerial expertise. The objective of this Request for Abbreviated Proposals is to select the proponent with the highest total score.
The estimated construction cost of this project is in the order of magnitude of $5,600,000.
Firms that consider themselves qualified to provide these services are invited to submit their Abbreviated Proposals through the MERX Electronic Bidding System on or before the closing date and time indicated on the Electronic Bidding System.
