The work includes, but is not necessarily limited to, the supply of labour, material, supervision and equipment necessary to demolish the buildings, the parking lot and walkway, to dispose of all residual materials and to restore the site.
Tenderers are advised that this procurement has been set-aside under the Federal Government Set-Aside for Aboriginal Business, in accordance with the Procurement Strategy for Aboriginal Business (PSAB). The Tenderer must certify in its tender that it is an Aboriginal Business or eligible joint venture, as defined in this competition and in the Treasury Board of Canada Secretariat (TBS) Contracting Policy Notices on Aboriginal Business Procurement.
