DEFENCE CONSTRUCTION CANADA (DCC) – TT220018 – Debris Sweeps SOA, Lambton Shores, ON (PSIB).
The work includes, but is not necessarily limited to, the supply of labour, material, supervision and equipment necessary for the collection and disposal of surface debris from assigned work zones.
Tenderers are advised that this opportunity has been set-aside under the Federal Government Set-Aside for Aboriginal Business, in accordance with the Procurement Strategy for Aboriginal Business (PSIB). The Tenderer must certify in its tender (using Form A – Certification Requirements for the Set-Aside Program for Aboriginal Business) that it is an Aboriginal Business or eligible joint venture, as defined in this competition and in the Treasury Board of Canada Secretariat Contracting Policy Notices on Aboriginal Business Procurement. The SOA will be for a period of two (2) years with a maximum estimated value of $250,000. The maximum value of a call-up is $50,000.
If mutually agreeable between the Contractor and DCC, the SOA may be extended for up to one (1) additional year period and increased in the order of $150,000 at any time during the Standing Offer.
The total potential value of this SOA is $400,000 for a total potential term of three (3) years.
The work must reach Completion no later than 730 calendar days after notification of contract award.
