Defence Construction Canada – Request for Abbreviated Proposals (RFAP) for Architectural and Engineering Consulting Services Source List:

Defence Construction Canada (DCC) is calling for abbreviated proposals from consulting firms to establish Source List (SL) to provide “as and when required” professional services specific to Department of National Defence (DND) requirements for the location(s) mentioned above.
Information provided by the Proponents will be evaluated using the established criteria in the RFAP.
This opportunity follows procurement procedures in accordance with Chapter 10 of NAFTA.
The Security Requirements for this project are identified in the RFAP Documents.
The SL will be for a period of two (2) years with a maximum estimated value of $ 7,000,000.00 Commissions under the SL are expected to be valued between $100,000 and $150,000. The maximum value of a commission is $350,000.
If mutually agreeable between the Consultant and DCC, the SL may be extended for two (2) additional one-year periods. At any time, the value of the SL may be increased in the order of $7,000,000.
The total potential value of the SL is $14,000,000.00, for a potential term of four (4) years.
