Defence Construction Canada – Request for Abbreviated Proposals (RFAP) for A/E Consulting Services: TT21SL01, Architectural and Engineering Consultant Services, Toronto and Southwestern, ON
Defence Construction Canada (DCC) is calling for abbreviated proposals from consulting firms to Source List (SL) to provide “as and when required” professional services specific to Department of National Defence (DND) requirements for the location(s) mentioned above.
Information provided by the Proponents will be evaluated using the established criteria in the RFAP.
The Security Requirements for this project are identified in the RFAP Documents.
The SL will be for a period of three (3) years with a maximum estimated value of $3,000,000.00. Commissions under the SL are expected to be valued between $5,000 and $70,000; the maximum value of a commission is $100,000.
If mutually agreeable between the Consultant and DCC, the SL may be extended for up to one (1) additional year period and increased in the order of $1,000,000.00 at any time during the Standing Offer.
Excluded from the scope of this SL will be designs for minor repairs of building elements up to an estimated repair value of $300,000.

Firms that consider themselves qualified to provide these services are invited to submit their Abbreviated Proposals through the MERX Electronic Bidding System on or before the closing date and time indicated on the Electronic Bidding System.
