Defence Construction Canada – Request for Abbreviated Proposals (RFAP) for Architectural and Engineering Consulting Services:
Project No CXE20042, Standing Offer Agreement, CFB Comox, British Columbia
In accordance with the rules, regulations, statutes, guidelines and the professional associations of the provinces where the project will be carried out, Defence Construction Canada (DCC) is calling for abbreviated proposals from consulting firms to establish a Standing Offer Agreement (SOA) to provide “as and when required” architectural and engineering consultant services specific to Department of National Defence (DND) requirements at CFB Comox, British Columbia.
Information provided by the Proponents will be evaluated using the established criteria in the RFAP. The objective of this RFAP is to select two (2) firms with the two highest total scores.
The Security Requirements for this project are identified in the RFAP Documents.
The SOA will be for a period of one (1) year with a maximum estimated value of $900,000.00. Call-ups under the SOA are expected to be valued between $7,000 and $80,000; the maximum value of a call-up is $100,000. Refer to the RFAP document for additional information.
Firms that consider themselves qualified to provide these services are invited to submit their Abbreviated Proposals through the MERX Electronic Bidding System on or before the closing date and time indicated on the Electronic Bidding System.
