DEFENCE CONSTRUCTION CANADA (DCC) – Project No. SL19S098 – Utilities Maintenance – Standing Offer Agreement, CFB Shilo, Manitoba.
The work includes, but is not necessarily limited to, the supply of labour, material, supervision and equipment necessary to provide utilities maintenance services under a Standing Offer Agreement on an “as when required basis” for various projects at CFB Shilo, Manitoba.

The maximum amount that can be expended under the Standing Offer Agreement is $475,000.00 for the initial term and the maximum value per call-up will be $25,000.00. The SOA includes two (2) optional one-year period extensions, if mutually agreed, with an increase up to a maximum of $450,000.00 in total for the option years.
The selected contractor will be required to hold a valid Designated Organization Screening (DOS), issued by the Contract Security Program (CSP) of the Industrial Security Sector (ISS), Public Works and Government Services Canada (PWGSC). Details concerning the Security Requirements for this project are identified in the Tender Documents.
