DEFENCE CONSTRUCTION CANADA (DCC) – Project: HAYMJ38 – Tree Trimming, Planting and Assessment Standing Offer Agreement (SOA), 15 Wing Moose Jaw, SK.
The work under this Standing Offer Agreement includes but is not necessarily limited to supply of all labour, materials, equipment, supervision, overhead, profit and all other charges including bonding, mobilization, demobilization and any required permits for work planning, watering, trimming, and removing trees at 15 Wing Moose Jaw, Saskatchewan; and further identified as “the work”. The work will be requested in the form of call-up(s) for services.

Bids from bidders whose name does not appear on the official list of bidders who ordered the tender documents, may be declared invalid.
The estimated cost for this opportunity is in the order of $84,360.00 for the initial one (1) year term from the Notification of Award and the maximum value per call-up will be $25,000.00. If mutually agreed, the SOA may be extended for up to two (2), one (1) year periods and may be increase in the order of $168,720.00 at any time for the duration of the SOA.
Bidders are advised that bid and contract security are not required. Refer to the Standing Offer Agreement Documents (Form DCL330E), Paragraph 2.6
A NON-MANDATORY site visit has been arranged for the following date, time, and location. It is highly recommended that bidders attend this visit.
