DEFENCE CONSTRUCTION CANADA (DCC) – Project No. SL223131_CN79481: Supply and Place B-Base Gravel and Geogrid at Yellowquill Road, Range Training Area, CFB Shilo, Manitoba
The work includes, but is not necessarily limited to, the supply of all labour, material, supervision, equipment and transportation necessary to supply and place B-Base gravel and geogrid at Yellowquill Road, Range Training Area at Canadian Forces Base Shilo, Shilo, Manitoba.
Reference Instructions to Tenderers for Electronic Bidding (Form DCL193E (R2022-06)), Paragraph 5 - Tenderers are advised that Bid Security IS required for this opportunity.
As per Acknowledgement Document, Item 7 – Bidders are advised that it is understood and agreed that in the event of their Tender being accepted within 30 (thirty) calendar days of the date and time stated for closing of tenders and their failing or refusing to carry out the contract in accordance with the terms of their Tender, their bid security, if required by the tender, (i) if in the form of a wire transfer, shall be forfeited to His Majesty the King in Right of Canada, or (ii) if in the form of a Bid Bond, the Bonding Company shall be liable in accordance with the Bond.

The estimated cost for this opportunity is in the range of $339,000.00.
The Work must reach Substantial Completion no later than 42 calendar days after notification of contract award and must be completed no later than 7 calendar days after the date of Substantial Completion.
