DEFENCE CONSTRUCTION CANADA (DCC) – Project#SD162913 - Fire Suppression & Fire Alarm Systems, CFB Suffield, Alberta
The work includes, but is not necessarily limited to, the supply of labour, material, supervision and equipment necessary for the installation of new fire sprinkler, fire alarm systems, and water distribution at building 444; and new sprinklers and water distribution with modifications to the existing fire alarm system and control panel, with connections to the Base Fire Alarm monitoring system at building 58; both located at EXCON hill at CFB Suffield, Alberta.
This tender will include Two (2) complete specification and drawing packages: For Building 58: L-S381-9639/5 and for Building 444: L-S381-8801/4; which is being tendered as a single construction project.

The estimated cost for this opportunity is in the range of $354,000.00
The Work must reach Substantial Completion no later than 166 calendar days after notification of contract award and must be completed no later than 45 calendar days after the date of Substantial Completion.
This procurement follows tendering procedures in accordance with Chapter 5 of the Agreement on Internal Trade.
The selected contractor will be required to hold a valid Designated Organizational Screening (DOS) issued by the Canadian Industrial Security Directorate (CISD), Public Services and Procurement Canada (PSPC). Details concerning the Security Requirements for this project are identified in the Tender Documents.
