The work includes, but is not necessarily limited to, the supply of professional services including labour, material, supervision and equipment necessary to carry out inspections of various roof systems on an as required basis for Department of National Defence (DND),CFB Edmonton, Steele Barracks, Riverbend, Cardiff and HMCS Nonsuch sites, Edmonton, Alberta.

The SOA will be for a period of one (1) year with a maximum estimated value of estimated $100,000.00. The maximum value of a commission/call-up is $25,000. If mutually agreeable, between the Consultant and DCC, the SOA may be extended for up to two (2) additional one-year periods and increased in the order of $100,000 at any time.
The total potential value of this SOA is $200,000 for a potential term of three (3) years.
The selected consultant will be required to hold a valid Designated Organization Screening (DOS), issued by the Canadian Industrial Security Directorate (CISD) within Public Services and Procurement Canada (PSPC). Details concerning the Security Requirements for this project are identified in the Tender Documents.
