DEFENCE CONSTRUCTION CANADA (DCC) – Project HAWES34 – Heat Pump and Furnace Replacements and Electrical Upgrades Standing Offer Agreement (SOA), CFB Esquimalt, British Columbia
The work includes, but is not necessarily limited to, the supply of labour, material, supervision and equipment necessary to replace gas or electric furnaces with new gas or electric furnaces and/or heat pumps with new 200Amp panels.

Bids from bidders whose name does not appear on the official list of bidders who ordered the tender documents, may be declared invalid.
NOTE: There is no site visit scheduled for this opportunity.
The estimated cost for this opportunity is in the order of $500,000.00 for the initial period of the SOA which is from the notification of award to March 24, 2023; with the award to be split 60/40 between the two (2) highest ranking complaint bidders. If mutually agreed, the SOA may be extended for an additional two (2) one (1) year periods and may be increased in the order of $250,000.00 at any time for the duration of the SOA.
Bidders are advised that bid and contract security are not required. Refer to the Standing Offer Agreement Documents (Form DCL330E), Paragraph 2.6.
