DEFENCE CONSTRUCTION CANADA (DCC) – SD193011 – Base Garbage Pickup and Disposal Contract, at CFB Suffield, Alberta
The work includes, but is not necessarily limited to, the supply of labour, material, supervision and equipment necessary to provide Garbage collection disposal and Recycling Services on a regularly scheduled basis, for CFB Suffield, Alberta.

There is NO Site Meeting scheduled for this opportunity. Bidders wishing to visit the site may request a site visit by contacting the DCC Contracting Authority mentioned above. At the discretion of DCC, a site visit may be arranged if possible.
The estimated cost for this opportunity is $1,240,200.00 for two (2) years of Services. The contract may be extended for up to one (1) additional year, increasing the total estimated value to $1,878,900.00.
The Contract will be in place from the date of Award to December 31, 2022. Following Contract award, the Contractor will be required to progressively mobilize and be ready to commence providing Garbage Pick-up and Disposal Services by January 1, 2021, referred to as the Service Commencement date. The Contractor will provide two (2) years of Garbage Pick-up and Disposal Services from the Service Commencement date. If mutually agreeable between the Contractor and DCC, the contract may be extended for up to one (1) additional one (1) year period with the same Terms and Conditions and applicable cost escalation.

This procurement is being conducted in accordance with the requirements set out in
Chapter Five of the Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA), Chapter Ten of the North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA), Chapter Nineteen of the Canada-European Union Comprehensive Economic and Trade Agreement (CETA) and the World Trade Organization Agreement on Government Procurement (GPA).
The selected contractor will be required to hold a valid Designated Organizational Screening (DOS), issued by the Canadian Industrial Security Directorate (CISD) within Public Services and Procurement Canada (PSPC). Details concerning the Security Requirements for this project are identified in the Tender Documents.
