Description

DEFENCE CONSTRUCTION CANADA (DCC) – Project No. HAWWR31_CN75391 - CFHA Re-Shingling, 3CDSB Wainwright, Alberta

The work includes, but is not necessarily limited to, the supply of labour, material, supervision and equipment necessary to re-shingle fifteen (15) semi-detached Canadian Forces Housing Agency (CFHA) Residential Housing Unit (RHU) buildings (thirty (30) units in total).

Bids from bidders whose name does not appear on the official list of bidders who ordered the tender documents, may be declared invalid.

A NON-MANDATORY Site Meeting will be held at the following date, time and location.

1. Date: June 14, 2021, 10:30 hours, local time.
2. Location: Meet outside of Building 188 Defence Construction Canada in the parking-lot.

In order to access the Site, Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) must be worn at all times by attendee(s) during the site visit to provide a barrier to help prevent potential exposure to COVID-19.
To help limit the exposure, only one individual from each company is to be permitted to attend the site visit. Tenderers wishing to attend the site visit MUST register at least one (1) business days prior to the site visit by emailing the following information to Ryan.Redhead@dcc-cdc.gc.ca:
• Name of expected attendee.

The estimated cost for this opportunity is in the order of $ 280,000.00

The Work must reach Substantial Completion no later than 122 calendar days after notification of contract award and must be completed no later than 15 calendar days after the date of Substantial Completion.
