The work includes, but is not necessarily limited to, the supply of labour, material, supervision and equipment necessary for inspection, testing, and servicing of furnace, hot water tank, air exchanger units, back water check valves, sump pumps, smoke and CO2 alarms in the residential housing & apartment units.

Bidders are advised that bid and contract security are required for this opportunity. Refer to the Instructions to Tenderers (Form DCL193SE), paragraph 5 and paragraph 11.
The Work must reach Substantial Completion no later than 120 calendar days after notification of contract award and that the Work must reach Completion no later than 30 calendar days after the date of Substantial Completion; with an option to extend up to March 31, 2024 additional period under the same terms and conditions, by mutual consent.
As per Acknowledgement Document – Item 7 – Bidders are advised that It is understood and agreed that in the event of this Tender being accepted within 30 (thirty) calendar days of the date and time stated for closing of tenders and our failing or refusing to carry out the contract in accordance with the terms of our Tender, our bid security, if required by the tender, (i) if in the form of a wire transfer, shall be forfeited to His Majesty the King in Right of Canada, or (ii) if in the form of an electronic bid bond, the Bonding Company shall be liable in accordance with the terms of the Bond.
