Replacement of the waterwork and sewer System and Development of a green street, Montreal Garrison (QC)
The work includes, but is not necessarily limited to, the supply of labour, material, supervision and equipment necessary for Sanitary and storm sewer rehabilitation, water system rehabilitation, pavement rehabilitation and the development of a green street.

*In view of the current COVID-19 pandemic, DCC will limit the number of tenderers simultaneously presents onsite. Consequently, tenderers will be required to communicate by email with DCC’s contact person identified in this notice, no later than March 9th, 2021, 17:00, in order to be granted an appointment for the visit. Please indicate if more than one person will be present.
**Tenderers are advised that it is mandatory to wear a mask indoors during the site visit.
The estimated cost for this opportunity is in the range of $5,430,000.
The Work must reach Substantial Completion no later than 182 calendar days after notification of contract award and must be completed no later than 45 calendar days after the date of Substantial Completion.
