The work includes, but is not necessarily limited to, the supply of labour, material, supervision and equipment necessary to m anage residual materials including collection, transportation, recovery, reclamation and disposal as well as rental of rolling bins, containers and compactors.

The estimated cost for this opportunity is in the order of 800 000,00$
Bidders are advised that bid and contract security is required when the advertised budget (estimated cost for this opportunity) is greater than $100,000. Refer to the Instructions to Tenderers (Form DCL193), paragraph 5.
We understand that the work will begin on April 1st, 2019 and must be completed no later than March 31, 2020. There will be a possibility of extension of four (4) additional periods of one (1) year each under the same terms and conditions, if mutually beneficial to both parties. The successful tenderer will be notified thirty (30) calendar days before the expiry of the contract as to whether the option to extend the contract will be implemented.
This procurement follows tendering procedures in accordance with Chapter 5 of the Canadian Free Trade Agreement and chapter 10 of NAFTA.
