The work includes, but is not necessarily limited to, the supply of labour, material, supervision and equipment necessary to install electricity and steam meters and other related works.

The Work must reach Substantial Completion no later than 125 calendar days after notification of contract award and must be completed no later than 30 calendar days after the date of Substantial Completion.

The selected contractor will be required to hold a valid Designated Organization Screening (DOS), issued by the Canadian Industrial Security Directorate (CISD) within Public Works and Government Services Canada (PWGSC).
