The work includes, but is not necessarily limited to, the supply of labour, material, supervision and equipment necessary to remove existing roof system including all flashing and fascia, supply and install new roof. Remove all mechanical equipment to allow for the installation of new roof and flashing and fashia.

The estimated cost for this opportunity is in the range of $433,000.00
Bidders are advised that bid security is required when specifically called for through the Electronic Bidding System. Refer to the Instructions to Tenderers (Form DCL193E), paragraph 5.
Contract security is required when the tender amount is greater than $100,000.00 or, if the tender amount is less than $100,000.00, when bid security is required pursuant to paragraph 5.1. Contract security shall be submitted in accordance with the DCL 32 - General Conditions.
The Work must reach Substantial Completion no later than 91 calendar days after notification of contract award and must be completed no later than 28 calendar days after the date of Substantial Completion.
This procurement follows tendering procedures in accordance with Chapter 5 of the Agreement on Internal Trade.
