The work includes, but is not necessarily limited to, the supply of labour, material, supervision and equipment necessary to replace windows and doors for forty-five (45) residental housing units at CFB Kingston.

DCC is committed to working with all Contractors as we progress through the pandemic. Please be advised that DND has updated their building access procedures with a new COVID-19 screening questionnaire to be completed prior to entering any building at CFB Kingston, including the Royal Military College, Kingston Armoury and Brockville Armoury. All contractors and their staff must follow the posted requirements to enter the CFB Kingston base buildings. In particular, if a person has travelled outside of Ontario in the past 14 days, they may not enter the workplace which includes any outdoor, or partially outdoor workplaces. The estimated cost for this opportunity is in the range of $620,000.00
The Work must reach Substantial Completion no later than 203 calendar days after notification of contract award and must be completed no later than 28 calendar days after the date of Substantial Completion.
