DEFENCE CONSTRUCTION CANADA (DCC) – PA22604_75882 – Recapitalization of 10 Residential Housing Units – Petawawa, Ontario
The work includes, but is not necessarily limited to, the supply of labour, material, supervision and equipment necessary for the total replacement of the interior of 10 single family residential dwellings. These units were built in the 1950's and are being reconfigured to bring up to contemporary standards. There are six different styles of units, but all are double-story 3 bedroom homes. All units shall be stripped of all interior finishes, cabinets, drywall, insulation and flooring. All wiring, plumbing and ductwork will be removed. Some units will have framing modified and all units will receive new wiring, plumbing, ductwork, insulation, drywall, flooring, cabinets, bathroom fixtures and HVAC equipment. Work includes removals of hazardous materials.

The Work must reach Substantial Completion no later than 196 calendar days after notification of contract award and must be completed no later than 42 calendar days after the date of Substantial Completion.
