DEFENCE CONSTRUCTION CANADA (DCC) – KN179916_69278 – Kingston Armoury Building Envelope Repairs and Upgrade Electrical Distribution Equipment – Kingston, Ontario
The work includes, but is not necessarily limited to, the supply of labour, material, supervision and equipment necessary for building envelope repairs to the Kingston Armoury which includes roof membrane replacement, historical window repair, historical masonry repointing and restoration, electrical system upgrades, drainage systems and site regrading.
This project contains security requirements.
The selected contractor will be required to hold a valid Designated Organization Screening (DOS), issued by the Canadian Industrial Security Directorate (CISD), Public Services and Procurement Canada (PSPC). Details concerning the Security Requirements for this project are identified in the Tender Documents.

The estimated cost for this opportunity is in the range of $3,214,000.00
The Work must reach Substantial Completion no later than 441 calendar days after notification of contract award and must be completed no later than 84 calendar days after the date of Substantial Completion. MILESTONE DATE: Tenderers are advised that Civil/Underground Work for Pkg A & all Work for Pkg B, with the exception of general landscaping and asphalt paving, must be completed within fourteen (14) weeks of contract award.
