DEFENCE CONSTRUCTION CANADA (DCC) – PA23604_79750 – Interior Renovations in Two Residential Housing Units – Petawawa, Ontario
The work includes, but is not necessarily limited to, the supply of labour, material, supervision and equipment necessary for the total replacement of the interior of 2 single family residential dwellings. These units were built in the 1950's and are being reconfigured to bring up to contemporary standards. There is one style of unit and is a double-story home with basement. Units shall be stripped of all interior finishes, cabinets, drywall, insulation and flooring. All wiring, plumbing and ductwork will be removed. Units will have framing modified and will receive new wiring, plumbing, ductwork, insulation, drywall, flooring, cabinets, bathroom fixtures and HVAC equipment. Work includes removal of hazardous materials.

The Work must reach Substantial Completion no later than 203 calendar days after notification of contract award and must be completed no later than 28 calendar days after the date of Substantial Completion.
