Work for this project comprises the interior and exterior renovation of eight (8)-two storey single family housing units, identified as 744 Style Housing Units. Each unit is approximately 100m² in size and are located in Middleton Park, Trenton, Ontario. The renovations will include, but are not limited to, the removal of all interior finishes back to studs, reconfiguration of interior of layouts, addition of a 2-piece powder room on the main floor, new insulation, new interior finishes, new kitchen, new second floor bathroom. It also includes removal of hazardous materials, drywall replacement and upgrades to mechanical and electrical systems.
