The work includes, but is not necessarily limited to, the supply of labour, material, supervision and equipment necessary for the removal of existing glycol sprinkler system and installation of a wet and dry pipe sprinkler system at building P-160.

The Work must reach Substantial Completion no later than 126 calendar days after notification of contract award and must be completed no later than 49 calendar days after the date of Substantial Completion. Tenderers are advised that on-site work will only be permitted between June 11, 2018 and August 31, 2018 when there will be unrestricted access.
