DEFENCE CONSTRUCTION CANADA (DCC) – PA055102_78455 – HVAC and Mechanical Services, Standing Offer Agreement – Petawawa, Ontario
Work under this Standing Offer Agreement (SOA) includes the provision of all necessary skilled licensed labour, tools, equipment, transportation, supervision and material for reactive and preventative repairs, modifications, minor installations and inspections of HVAC and mechanical equipment in the form of call ups in support of Garrison Petawawa on an as needed basis.
This project contains security requirements.
The selected contractor will be required to hold a valid Designated Organization Screening (DOS), issued by the Canadian Industrial Security Directorate (CISD), Public Services and Procurement Canada (PSPC). Details concerning the Security Requirements for this project are identified in the Tender Documents.
The estimated cost for this opportunity is in the order of $250,000.00 for an initial one-year period. An additional one-year extension option is available, for an estimated overall opportunity of $500,000 if fully extended.
