The work includes, but is not necessarily limited to, the supply of labour, material, supervision and equipment necessary to deconstruction and demolition of school Building HR23 and site development. Work includes removal and disposal of hazardous materials and substances.

The estimated cost for this opportunity is in the range of $944,000.00
Bidders are advised that bid security is required when specifically called for through the Electronic Bidding System. Refer to the Instructions to Tenderers (Form DCL193E), paragraph 5.
The Work must be completed no later than 140 days after notification of contract award with the exception of final site restoration and landscaping, which shall be completed by the Substantial Completion date of June 8, 2017 and the Work must reach Completion no later than 28 calendar days after the date of Substantial Completion.
This procurement follows tendering procedures in accordance with Chapter 5 of the Agreement on Internal Trade.
