Work must be completed no later than 70 days after notification of contract award with the exception of final site restoration and landscaping, which shall be completed by the Substantial Completion date of June 8, 2017 and the Work must reach Completion no later than 28 calendar days after the date of Substantial Completion.
This procurement follows tendering procedures in accordance with Chapter 5 of the Agreement on Internal Trade.
