Defence Construction Canada (DCC) is calling for abbreviated proposals from consulting firms to establish a Standing Offer to provide “as and when required” professional services specific to Department of National Defence (DND) requirements at CFB Kingston, ON.
The objective of this RFSO is to select one (1) firm, who will sign a Standing Offer (SO) with DCC to provide services on an “as and when required” basis to a maximum estimated value of $80,000.00, for a period of two (2) years from the date of establishment.
If mutually agreeable between the Consultant and DCC, the SO may be extended for up to one (1) additional one-year period and increased in the order of $40,000.00 at any time. The services might also be requested at other locations in Ontario. The total maximum value of the SO is estimated at $120,000.
The commissions under this SL are expected to be valued between $20,000.00 and $35,000.00; the maximum value of a commission is $40,000.00.
The SO is not a commitment by DCC to spend the entire or any amount.
Information provided by the Proponents will be evaluated using the established criteria in the RFAP document. The technical criteria relate to achievements and experience, technical and managerial expertise.
