Defence Construction Canada – Request for Abbreviated Proposals for Environmental Monitoring Services: FSE1898, Environmental Monitoring Services Esquimalt Harbour Remediation Project C Jetty/ML Floats Remediation, CFB Esquimalt, Victoria, British Columbia.
In accordance with the rules, regulations, statutes, guidelines and the professional associations of the provinces where the project will be carried out, Defence Construction Canada (DCC) is calling for Abbreviated Proposals from consulting firms to provide the following professional services:
DCC requires the services of an Environmental Consulting firm to provide Quality Assurance (QA) environmental monitoring for the CJML Floats project. Environmental monitoring must be conducted by or under the supervision of a Qualified Professional (QP) who is registered with an appropriate professional organization through suitable education, experience, accreditation and knowledge, may reasonably be relied upon to provide advice regarding environmental management of the project.
Information provided by the Proponents will be evaluated using the established criteria in the Request for Abbreviated Proposals (RFAP). The criteria relate to previous achievements and experience, as well as technical and managerial expertise. The objective of this Request for Abbreviated Proposals is to select the proponent with the highest total score.
This opportunity follows procurement procedures in accordance with Chapter 10 of NAFTA.
