Defence Construction Canada – Request for Abbreviated Proposals for Architecture and Engineering Consulting Services for North Park Armoury Rehabilitation – Phase 2, CFB Halifax, Nova Scotia (IE090919)

In accordance with the rules, regulations, statutes, guidelines and the professional associations of the provinces where the project will be carried out, Defence Construction Canada (DCC) is calling for Abbreviated Proposals from architectural / engineering consulting firms to provide the following professional services:
Various project documents, report and studies review, concept design, design development, construction documents, cost estimating, and assistance during the tender and construction phases for the phase 2 rehabilitation of the North Park Armoury.

Information provided by the Proponents will be evaluated using the established criteria in the Request for Abbreviated Proposals. The criteria relate to previous achievements and experience, as well as technical and managerial expertise. The objective of this Request for Abbreviated Proposals is to select the proponent with the highest total score.

This opportunity follows procurement procedures in accordance with Chapter 10 of NAFTA.

The Security Requirements for this project are identified in the RFAP Documents.

The estimated construction cost of this project is in the order of magnitude of $50,000,000.

Firms that consider themselves qualified to provide these services are invited to submit their Abbreviated Proposals on the forms that are available from MERX by calling 1-800-964-6379.

To be considered, Abbreviated Proposals must be received at the following address, no later than:
14:00 hours local time on January 4, 2018
