Defence Construction Canada – Request for Abbreviated Proposals for Topographic and Legal
Surveying Services:
TT170022, LEGAL & TOPOGRAPHIC SURVEY SERVICES FOR MULTIPLE SITES IN
ONTARIO, Greater Toronto Area, Southwestern Ontario, North Bay Area
In accordance with the rules, regulations, statutes, guidelines and the professional associations of
the provinces where the project will be carried out, Defence Construction Canada (DCC) is
calling for Abbreviated Proposals from Topographic and Legal Surveying consulting firms to
provide the following professional services:
Performance of legal and topographic surveys of properties identified in the Statement of Work,
Annex A.
Preparation of legal survey and topographic survey plans.
Information provided by the Proponents will be evaluated using the established criteria in the
Request for Abbreviated Proposals. The criteria relate to previous achievements and experience,
as well as technical and managerial expertise. The objective of this Request for Abbreviated
Proposals is to select the proponent with the highest total score.
Firms that consider themselves qualified to provide these services are invited to submit their
Abbreviated Proposals on the forms that are available from MERX by calling 1-800-964-6379.
To be considered, Abbreviated Proposals must be received at the following address, no later
than:
