Defence Construction Canada – Invitation to Tender for Material Testing Services: MT19SOGA, Material Testing Services Standing Offer, 5CDSB Gagetown, NB.
Work under this Standing Offer (SO) includes material testing and inspection services as requested by Defence Construction Canada (DCC) or the Department of National Defence (DND) in the form of call ups. Services are to be provided on an “as and when requested basis” in accordance with the scope of services detailed in the contract documents.
AMENDMENTS TO THE TENDER DOCUMENTS SHOULD BE OBTAINED FROM MERX AS AMENDMENTS OBTAINED FROM OTHER SOURCES MAY NOT BE THE LATEST.
Bids from bidders whose name does not appear on the official list of bidders who ordered the tender documents, may be declared invalid.

The maximum amount that can be expended under the Standing Offer is $375,000.00 and the maximum value per call up will be $100,000.00. Average call ups are expected to be between $5,000.00 and $12,000.00.
