DEFENCE CONSTRUCTION CANADA (DCC) – #SLA69412 – Base Lightning Protection Systems Inspections and Minor Maintenance Services
The work includes, but is not necessarily limited to, the supply of labour, material, supervision and equipment necessary to provide site inspections and minor maintenance repairs to existing lightning protection systems at various sites throughout CFB Shilo, Manitoba
The Contractor will be required to provide services for a period of two (2) years starting after notification of contract award.
If mutually agreeable between the Contractor and DCC, the contract may be extended for one (1) additional one (1) year period for a possible total of three (3) years.

Bids from bidders whose name does not appear on the official list of bidders who ordered the tender documents, may be declared invalid.
The estimated contract value is in the order of $180,000. Should the contract be extended for the additional one (1) year extension then the total possible contract value is in the order of $270,000.
Bidders are advised that bid and contract security is required when the advertised budget (estimated cost for this opportunity) is greater than $100,000. Refer to the Instructions to Tenderers (Form DCL193S), paragraph 5.
This procurement follows tendering procedures in accordance with Chapter 5 of the Agreement on Internal Trade.
