DEFENCE CONSTRUCTION CANADA (DCC) – FSE1899 – EHRP Phase 2A and 2B – C Jetty and ML Floats, CFB Esquimalt, British Columbia
The work includes, but is not necessarily limited to, the supply of labour, material, supervision and equipment necessary to remediate contaminated sediments within the C Jetty and ML Floats work site, including removal and reinstallation of various marine structures.

Bidders are advised that bid and contract security is required when the advertised budget (estimated cost for this opportunity) is greater than $100,000. Refer to the Instructions to Tenderers (Form DCL193), paragraph 5.
The Work must reach Substantial Completion no later than 460 calendar days after notification of contract award and must be completed no later than 90 calendar days after the date of Substantial Completion.
This procurement follows tendering procedures in accordance with
Chapter 5 of the Canadian Free Trade Agreement.
The selected contractor will be required to hold a valid Designated Organizational Screening (DOS), issued by the Canadian Industrial Security Directorate (CISD), Public Works and Government Services Canada (PWGSC). Details concerning the Security Requirements for this project are identified in the Tender Documents.
