Defence Construction Canada – Request for Abbreviated Proposals for Project No. NL17AS02 -Environmental Consulting Services for Contaminated Sites for Initial Testing Program and NCSCS Classification, Cape Makkovik, Labrador
In accordance with the rules, regulations, statutes, guidelines and the professional associations of the provinces where the project will be carried out, Defence Construction Canada (DCC) is calling for Abbreviated Proposals from consulting firms to provide the necessary environmental consultant services for contaminated sites with the objective of developing and executing Step 4 of the 10-step Federal Approach to Contaminated Sites (FACS).
Information provided by the Proponents will be evaluated using the established criteria in the Request for Abbreviated Proposals. The criteria relate to previous achievements and experience, as well as technical and managerial expertise. The objective of this Request for Abbreviated Proposals is to select the proponent with the highest total score.
Firms that consider themselves qualified to provide these services are invited to submit their Abbreviated Proposals on the forms that are available from MERX by calling 1-800-964-6379.
To be considered, Abbreviated Proposals must be received at the following address, no later than:
