Defence Construction Canada – Request for Abbreviated Proposals for Cultural and Archaeology Services: Cultural and Archaeology Consultant Services Source List for CFB Kingston, Ontario
In accordance with the rules, regulations, statutes, guidelines and the professional associations of the provinces where the project will be carried out, Defence Construction Canada (DCC) is calling for Abbreviated Proposals from Cultural and Archaeology consulting firms to provide expertise in the area of Archaeological Assessments and Monitoring in support of various infrastructure projects at Canadian Forces Base (CFB) Kingston, including the Royal Military College (RMC).
Information provided by the Proponents will be evaluated using the established criteria in the Request for Abbreviated Proposals. The criteria relate to previous achievements and experience, as well as technical and managerial expertise. The objective of this Request for Abbreviated Proposals is to select the proponent with the highest total score.
This opportunity follows procurement procedures in accordance with Chapter 10 of NAFTA.
The estimated cost of this opportunity is in the order of magnitude of $750,000.00 for a period of three (3) years from the date of Establishment. If mutually agreeable between the Consultant and DCC, the SL may be extended for up to two (2) additional one (1) year periods and may be increased by up to $500,000.00 at any time.
