DCC – RFP for Facilities Maintenance and Support Services for Maritime Helicopter Training Centre (MHTC), Shearwater, Nova Scotia (HX316340)
Defence Construction Canada (DCC) is calling for Request for Proposals (RFP) for Facilities Maintenance firms to provide proposals to carry out the required Facilities Maintenance and Support Services for the Maritime Helicopter Training Centre (MHTC) for Shearwater, Nova Scotia.
This Facility Maintenance and Support Services Contract requires the Contractor to be responsible for the Maintenance and Support Services including but not limited to hard and soft services, and facilities support services to building SH330 which covers an approximate area of 8,577m2. This contract may include the option (by change order) to include an additional building for Defence Research and Development Canada (DRDC), Building DA26 in Dartmouth, Nova Scotia, which has an approximate total gross floor area of 9,600 m2 and was constructed in August 2015.
The Contractor will be required to provide Facilities Maintenance and Support Services over the next three (3) years. If mutually agreeable between the Contractor and DCC, the contract may be extended up to two (2) additional one (1) year period for a possible total of five (5) years.
Information provided by the Proponents will be evaluated using the established criteria in the Request for Proposals.
The estimated contract value for the initial 3 year period is in the order of $1,200,000 including the Prime Cost Allowances.
