CRNA-GCS - RFP - Governance Consulting Services GCS

CRNA is the regulatory body for Alberta's more than 38,000 registered nurses and nurse practitioners, including nurses in direct care, education, research, and administration. Its mandate is to protect the public by ensuring that Albertans receive effective, safe, and ethical care by registered nurses. CRNA is a non-profit organization.

CRNA is undergoing a significant and transformational governance change. This work has required considerable time and effort and a strong change management approach. These efforts have contributed to strengthening the organization’s ability to fulfill its responsibilities under the HPA and its ability to govern the profession in the public interest. We are seeking Governance Consulting Services to support the implementation (and proposing opportunities to enhance) CRNA's current governance model and associated activities outlined in the RFP document. 

There is a strong preference for the consultant to be based in Canada. There is also a strong preference for consultants with a local Alberta presence and/or local Alberta-based partnerships.
