CARNA has identified an imperative to review and enhance its current operating model to better align core elements including technology, processes, roles, skills, and structures. The key driver is to improve the current state of information richness, flow, and quality throughout the organisation.

This work will include a comprehensive review and assessment of CARNA’s current operating model, identifying gaps and future state, developing an implementation plan, and knowledge transfer and training for staff.

CARNA’s definition of an operating model is the combination of roles, skills, structures, processes, assets and technologies that allow an organization to deliver on its service mandates.
