Construction Demathieu Bard (CDB) Inc. (CDB) was selected as the Construction Manager (CM) to lead the Chaudiere Crossing Project, including the Union Bridge Rehabilitation and Hull Causeway Widening, for Public Services and Procurement Canada (PSPC). The Prime Consultant (PC) for the design and inspection for this project is Parsons Engineering.

To allow the rehabilitation and widening works of the Chaudiere Crossing, the existing steel trusses supporting the Hull Causeway superstructure require strengthening and repair. The scope of this RFP includes fabrication, delivery, removal, and installation of miscellaneous structural steel as well as localized repair of steel coatings. Proponents shall provide suitable access platforms to facilitate their work and inspections by the Prime Consultant. All structural steel shall be supplied by a CISC certified fabricator.
